Q: How long does processing take?
A: 
Processing times can take up to 2 weeks. Processing times for untracked lettermail may be shorter since it's an easier drop-off.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 
Estimated delivery times:

Canada (CP) Untracked: 1-5 weeks
Canada (CP) Tracked: 1-2 weeks
USA (USPS) Untracked: 2-5 weeks
USA (USPS) Tracked: 1-2 weeks
International Untracked: 5+ weeks, depending on where you live.
International Tracked: 3+ weeks, depending on where you live.

Q: What are your return and refund policies?
A: 
I currently do not accept returns or refunds, but please contact me if you have a lost or damaged package. All sales are final.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
Generally, I do not accept cancellations, but it is a case-by-case basis. 

Q: My package came damaged or was lost. What should I do?
A:
See below!

If your items were damaged:
1) Please contact me with pictures/proof that the ITEMS inside the package were damaged.
2) I will offer to re-send your order for a maximum of one (1) time, since I am unable to offer refunds at this time.

If your package is lost:
1) IF TRACKED: Please contact your local postal office and ask about your tracking number, and I will do the same on my end. Please also contact me as I will evaluate solutions on a case-by-case basis. I cannot offer refunds, but I can offer to re-send your order for a maximum of one (1) time. 

2) IF UNTRACKED: Please also contact me as I will evaluate solutions on a case-by-case basis. I cannot offer refunds, but I can offer to re-send your order for a maximum of one (1) time. It is strongly recommended to pay for tracked shipping to avoid the package getting lost again. I will not be able to replace your order more than once.
By placing your order, you UNDERSTAND and AGREE that I have already offered a tracked shipping option at checkout, and that you have chosen a riskier method of delivery by selecting untracked shipping.
